Column Of Books The Trouble with Mr. Darcy (The Darcy Saga #5)
This was a no for me. The style of writing, some anachronistic speech, the storylines that went on about characters I did not care about - even conflicts between odc were not to my taste. It just really seemed like fan fiction.

Its a thinly veiled romance novel, folks. But at least the main characters are married!I liked the story line and its fun to speculate on what happens to the Darcys next, but I could have done without the colorful love scenes.

The final book in the Darcy Saga is filled with more adventure and intrigue than the previous few books. Evil intentions haunt the happiness of Fitzwilliam and Elizabeth Darcy after Elizabeth suffers a difficult illness after the birth of their second child--an illness that nearly tears our happy couple apart. This is a more suspenseful and dramatic book in this saga than the rest, and it truly was a page-turner. People from the past align forces to harm the Darcy family while other members of

3 stars went into this with low expectations and was happily surprised. Yes, its predictable and unrealistic, but it was fun to follow familiar characters and the descriptions of the people and places they encounter were impressively detailed. The drama kept you reading, but there were a few sections that felt tediously slow. My biggest complaint was the inconsistency in the language used by the author. The majority of the book was written in the same early 19th century style as Austen used,

I read all five novels of the Darcy Saga in pretty much one go over the space of a week and as a result I find it easier to critique as a whole set rather than individually so this review covers all the five novels although I will assign a rating to each book:1. Mr. & Mrs. Fitzwilliam Darcy2. Loving Mr. Darcy3. My Dearest Mr. Darcy4. In the Arms of Mr. Darcy5. The Trouble with Mr. DarcyFirst of all, this book is for the hopeless romantics who want nothing more than to revel in detail in

This is the final segment in the Darcy Saga series. It is by far the best of the series. The final segments of this book were wild, exciting, suspenseful, shocking, dramatic, treacherous and tearful. The rescue, as we watch the drama unfold, was tense and suspenseful. I was shocked by how the conflict between Darcy and Wickham played out. When the rescue team lead by Colonel Fitzwilliam approached the hideout and charged the assailants, it was like watching a movie on TV. Their military training
