Ilustration In Pursuance Of Books The Boat Builder's Bed (Wicked in Wellington #1)
This is an updated cover edition of ASIN B007D788ZW.A windy day...a flyaway signboard...a hideous crunch. Sophie Calhoun can't imagine how she'll pay for the damage to the luxurious car.
Already cash-strapped, she's struggling to launch her new interior design studio and make a home for her daughter. She's only days away from disaster.
Out of the sleek black Jaguar storms super-yacht tycoon Rafe Severino. Steaming mad. Totally gorgeous. And desperately in need of a top-line decorator for his spectacular new harbor-side mansion.
Sophie fears her dream contract comes with strings that tie her to the boat-builder's bed. No matter how she tries to escape, he's always there - implacable and irresistible.
She knows he doesn't want a preoccupied single mother, but concealing her daughter's existence from the man she's falling in love with is getting harder and harder. If he discovers her lies, she'll instantly lose everything.
Warning: contains one determined golden-skinned man who knows his way around boats, bodies and bed-sheets.

This was a free Kindle read. Interesting story. The language was a little odd as it takes place in New Zealand. I wanted to dope slap Sophie for not telling Rafe "her big secret" and almost messing up a really good thing.Nut it was a nice switch that it was the girl I wanted to slap instead of the guy. Definitely worth reading.Lizard: 3⋆.Wombat: 3⋆.Overall: 3⋆.
Putting this one on hold for now. I am on Chapter 8, and increasingly annoyed by the hero's constant come-ons to the heroine, constantly touching her and manipulating events to get her spending more time with her. It's fine line between love and stalking. Instead of reading a hero who is romantic, he feels borderline creepy.

Well, well, well... This ebook was SENSATIONAL! I absolutely ADORED it, I LOVED the characters, the plot was FANTASTIC, and the characters are the type that stay in your mind FOREVER! Front Cover. I had the Kindle edition, so front cover doesn't count! It's about... Rafe Severino and the charming Sophie. Rafe, a successful business man who was brought up under the care of his grandparents, rather than his actual parents has a long-bearing grudge upon the people who were supposed to care most
There are many qualities that i liked about this book.*Hot in Pursuit of a hero*Independent heroine*Both H and h in the same page when it came to their relationship*A Hero willing to declare the heroine as his in front of his bitchy ex-wife*Sexual tension*Hot graphic sex scene*Boat builder as a hero (That`s new!)So why couldn`t i rate this book any higher...?I read "The Wrong Sister" (6:th book in the "Wicked in Wellington" series) by Kris Pearson years ago, and i remember really loving it so i
He'd been encouraged to exact revenge on his parents' decision to disown him. But it had left him guarded and alone. Far from the life full of love, laughter and family he so desired. Despite being intelligent, humorous, persistent and delectable, Rafe was a man in pain. She had a secret that she didn't want to keep, but felt if revealed, would cost her the secure world she was desperate to create. Sophie Calhoun oozed strength, warmth, fun and intelligence - a wonderful character, determined to
DNF. This hero was no such thing. He was so intent on his own wants, he was borderline offensive. The heroine should have just told him no and walked away from any job where a man was not taking no for an answer. Been there, done that.
