Evaluation Regarding Books The Lost Heir (Wings of Fire #2)

This is definitely one of the best middle-grade series that I've read. The writing is superb, the plot is fantastic, and the characters are lovable or very hatable if they're not a part of the 'good guys'. I love that the first book is written in third-close with Clay, and now this book was written in third-close with Tsunami! This is a fun series and is quickly becoming a go-to for me for fun, quick reads. I also enjoying discussing these with my girls who have read them all. This is their favorite series. I don't think I enjoyed this one quite as much as the first book, which was Clay's book. This book started out a little slow. In the beginning, Tsunami and her friends are on their way to the SeaWing Kingdom to find Tsunami's mother, and I was a bit bored throughout that part of the book. When they finally arrive

3.12 stars I did not like it all that much. But the thing is I really love the sea and the names of every one of SeaWings. I thought they were humans at first. Little did I know, they were dragons. And all of them sound very adorable and I could not help but like them a little.Other than that, the plot is a bit lame for me. I wish I could discover this book when I was desperate back when I was eight or nine because it would fit perfectly back then. Now I am just too old for anything like this.
